We submit the following information to licensed CRBs:

- Any accounts that have been written off
Reporting is conducted on a regular basis in accordance with CRB Regulations. All data submitted is accurate and reflects actual loan performance.
3. How We Use CRB Data
When you submit a loan application, we may access your credit report from one or more licensed CRBs to:
- Assess your creditworthiness and repayment capacity
- Verify information provided in your application
- Determine appropriate loan terms and amounts
- Detect and prevent fraudulent applications
By submitting a loan application, you consent to us accessing your CRB credit report for these purposes.
4. Your Rights Regarding CRB Data
As a borrower, you have the following rights under the Credit Reference Bureau Regulations:
- Right to access: You are entitled to one free credit report per year from each licensed CRB
- Right to notification: We will notify you before listing you as a defaulter with a CRB
- Right to dispute: You may challenge inaccurate information in your credit report
- Right to explanation: If your application is declined based on CRB data, you may request an explanation
5. Positive Credit Reporting
We believe in responsible lending and report all loan performance — including positive repayment history — to CRBs. This means that:
- Timely repayments are recorded and contribute positively to your credit profile
- A good repayment history may improve your credit score over time
- Repeat borrowers with positive records may access better loan terms and higher limits
6. Disputes and Corrections
If you believe that information reported to a CRB is inaccurate or incomplete, you should:
- Contact us in writing at credit@westlipgroup.com with details of the disputed information
- Provide supporting documentation where available
